Disclaimer: Some yellowing of leaves and/or root rot can occur during transit. Live delivery of plants are guaranteed with proper weather protection, provided no damages are done due to but not limited to: delays, damages due to said delays, lost packages, mishandling by delivery personnel, etc.
The buyer assumes the responsibility of tracking the package for any delays.
All plants are sold AS IS. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements. All sales are final. By purchasing any items on our site, you have read and agreed to these terms.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report any problems, please email us at hello@dandiplants.com with an unboxing video and photos within 6 hours of delivery.
