Tissue Culture Transition Guide

Prepare Medium:
Mix 1 ml kelp concentrate per 1 gallon filtered water. (Optional) Add ¼ tsp slow-release fertilizer.

Clean Roots:
Soak plantlets in room-temperature, filtered water to loosen agar. Rinse thoroughly until all agar is removed.

Prune & Treat:
Remove yellow/brown leaves. For fungus, soak in Betadine solution (5 drops in 1 cup of distilled water) for 8-10 minutes; rinse well.

Plant:
Pot plantlets in a covered container (no drainage holes necessary).

Acclimate:
After 3-4 weeks of new growth, gradually open the container to reduce humidity.
